Learning Targets for Individuals
- Describe why consistent processes and fidelity are essential for effective Tier 2 implementation.
- Explain how outcome data and fidelity data are analyzed together to guide intervention decisions.
- Identify key steps for preparing, implementing, and updating action plans at both the student and system level.
Learning Targets for Teams
- Apply decision rules to determine when to continue, modify, intensify, fade, or exit students from Tier 2 interventions.
- Develop or refine a written evaluation plan that outlines how, when, and what Tier 2 data will be reviewed.
- Create student and system level action plans that document decisions, assign responsibilities, and establish timelines for follow-up.
- Implement consistent data review and monitoring processes that promote fidelity, effectiveness, and sustainability of Tier 2 practices.
